- Inspection

- Titlers
- A titler is a device that marks two-dimensional codes and OCR characters as a means of product identification information marking. We boast an extensive line-up of titlers to cover the various marking methods that may be required for different products and purposes.
- Coater
- In addition to the TSCoater, which already has a proven record in the LCD industry for its superior uniform coating quality, we also provide mura checkers, and film thickness measurement systems.
- Laser Cutter
- Cuts glass substrates and glass panels with a laser.
- Bonders
- Toray Engineering has a diverse line of bonders to handle all of the evolving bonding processes for FPDs.
- 2D Code Readers
- These systems read 2-dimensional codes marked on FPD glass substrates with a titler. We have a full line-up of readers to suit various applications.
- Probes
- We offer semi-automatic large-scale LCD probers employing the FBP (Flat Board Probe) system, portable inspection probes for small LCDs, and LCD probe tools for small LCDs.
- PDP/LCD Production Machine
- Our roll to sheet laminating machines are used in the PDP/LCD production process, where they contribute to the improvement of productivity.
