Exhibit at “SEMICON Europa 2023”

Toray Engineering Co., Ltd. (head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO & COO: Takashi Iwade; hereinafter “Toray Engineering”) will exhibit at “SEMICON Europa 2023” held from November 14 (Tue.) through 17 (Fri.), 2023.

This year's exhibition will feature variations of the INSPECTRA semiconductor inspection equipment series developed by TASMIT, Inc., a Toray Engineering Group company, as well as panels showing inspection solutions for compound semiconductors such as Si, SiC, and GaN. In addition, Toray Engineering will introduce the INSPECTRA demo room that opened in Munich, Germany in July 2023.
