Toray Group has defined the Toray Philosophy as a management philosophy system to be implemented by the company.
This Toray Philosophy stipulates the conditions to be observed by the company and its executives and employees in various corporate activities. As a member of the Toray Group, Toray Engineering strives to realize this Toray Philosophy.
