Announcement of Taiwan Branch Integration

Toray Engineering Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Takashi Iwade; hereinafter “TEK”) announced to integrate Taiwan Branches of both TEK and its subsidiary TASMIT, Inc. (Head Office: Yokohama, Kanagawa, hereinafter “TASMIT” ) on and from April 1, 2021, by transfering the business of TASMIT Taiwan Branch to TEK Taiwan Branch.

TASMIT Taiwan Branch has been doing business of sales and customer support of Electron Beam Semiconductor Wafer Pattern Verification System : NGR🄬 series in Taiwan, while TEK Taiwan Branch has been doing sales and customer support of FPD productcion equipment, Semiconductor production equipment, and Optical Semiconductor Wafer Inspection System : INSPECTRA🄬 series, etc.

Toray Engineeging Group aims to integrate and strengthen the sales and customer support of Semiconductor Inspection and Metrology Systems, and develop and expand businesses by using its collective strength of the whole group toward Semiconductor Industries where further development has been expected in Taiwan.

The current head office of TASMIT Taiwan Branch will continue its business as one of the office of TEK Taiwan Branch after this integration on April 1, 2021.
