Notice of a Subsidiary’s Name Change

Toray Engineering Co., Ltd. (head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO & COO: Takashi Iwade) announces that its subsidiary RAYTECH, Inc. will change its corporate name on July 1 as described below.

II. Reason for the name change

The new name identifies the subsidiary as a Toray Engineering group company; in addition, it explains that the subsidiary plans to enhance processing and manufacturing technologies in the new fields of FPC manufacturing and fine pattern processing while integrating the group’s manufacturing technologies for business expansion.
