Exhibit at “SEMICON EUROPA”
Toray Engineering Co., Ltd. (head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO & COO: Takashi Iwade; hereinafter “Toray Engineering”) will exhibit at “SEMICON EUROPA” held from November 15 (Tue.) through 18 (Fri.), 2022.
This year's exhibition will feature variations of the INSPECTRA semiconductor inspection equipment developed by TASMIT, Inc., a Toray Engineering Group company. At its booth, Toray Engineering will present panels showing the SR-III Series, which realizes high-speed and high-magnification inspection; the IR Series, which can inspect internal defects using infrared light; and the PL Series, which detects crystal defects, cracks, and luminescence defects using photoluminescence (PL) fluorescence imaging.
Toray Engineering continues to contribute to society, offering cutting-edge solutions for Monozukuri (manufacturing) through its technology, engineering, and know-how.
