Electro Spray Coating (ESC)
Features
- Budget-pleasing configuration.
- Accommodates a wide range of coating thicknesses (from a few to hundreds nm at room temperatures and atmospheric pressures)
- Even a small amount of slurry (approx. 20 cc) is enough for coating.
- Enables pattern coating using masks.
