Exhibit at “CPHI Milan 2026”

Toray Engineering Co., Ltd. (head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO & COO: Takashi Iwade; hereinafter “Toray Engineering”) and MAQsys Inc. (hereinafter “MAQsys”) will jointly exhibit at “CPHI Milan 2026,” one of the world's largest pharma trade shows, in Milan, Italy, from Tuesday through Thursday, October 6-8, 2026.

At the exhibition, we will present MAQsys’s drug discovery research support business. Using its artificial cell membrane technology, MAQsys helps improve the efficiency and sophistication of drug discovery research targeting ion channels. Toray Engineering supports this business through its mass production, equipment development, AI, and other technologies. Through a new drug discovery research platform integrating both companies' technologies, they aim to contribute to more efficient drug discovery.

Toray Engineering continues to contribute to society, offering cutting-edge solutions for Monozukuri (manufacturing) through its technology, engineering, and know-how. Toray Engineering will also realize LI (Life Innovation) and help people lead healthy lives.
