Announcement of Acquisition by Toray Engineering Co., Ltd.

NGR Inc.is pleased to announce that Toray Engineering Co.,Ltd.(location:Chuo-ku,Tokyo.”TEK”)has acquired NGR as of June 1,2017 in order to strengthen the cooperative relationships of both companies.

Since the first investment in NGR by TEK performed in August,2014,both companies have built strategic partnership. TEK has the inspection systems for semiconductor production processes with their great performance for reliability,ease-of-use and cost effectiveness on semiconductor production lines

On this opportunity of acquisition,both companies plan to accelerate the business expansion in the semiconductor equiment field by integrating the cutting-edge technologies of NGR with the accumulated experience of TEK
