Announcement of business integration and change of corporate name

NGR Inc. (“NGR”) is pleased to announce that NGR will succeed to semiconductor inspection equipment business (Main product: “INSPECTRA® “) by a company split from its parent company, Toray Engineering Co., Ltd.(“TEK”),as of December 1,in order to strengthen the semiconductor inspection equipment business of both companies.

At the same time, NGR will change its corporate name to “TASMIT, Inc.” (“TASMIT”) on December 1,2019. TASMIT is an abbreviation of “Toray engineering Advanced Semiconductor Metrology & Inspection Technologies”.
