Announcement of reorganization of TASMIT Korea, Inc.

TASMIT, Inc. ( “TASMIT” ) will reorganize TASMIT Korea, Inc.( “TASMIT Korea” ), wholly owned subsidiary of TASMIT, in order to strengthen customer support in Korea.
On this opportunity of reorganization, we are planning to strengthen customer support system and accelerate the business expansion in Korea by making full use of the resoruce of Toray Engineering group.

Outline of Reorganization

  • (1) Share transfer of TASMIT Korea
    TASMIT will transfer all the shares in TASMIT Korea to TEK Korea Co., Ltd. ( “TEK Korea” ), wholly owned subsidiary of our parent company, Toray Engineering Co., Ltd.
    ( “TEK” ), as of December 1, 2020. As a result of this share transfer, TASMIT Korea will become wholly owned subsidiary of TEK Korea.

  • (2) Change of board members
    As of December 14, 2020, TASMIT Korea will change its board members.
    New members are as follows:

2. Support organization after this reorganization

TASMIT Korea will continue to provide support of Electron Beam Semiconductor Wafer Pattern Verification Systemas ( “NGR System”) for Korean customers after this reorganization.
