Announcement of business transfer of TASMIT Taiwan Branch

TASMIT, Inc. ( “TASMIT” ) will transfer the business of its Taiwan Branch (“TASMIT Taiwan Branch”) to its parent company, Toray Engineering Co., Ltd. Taiwan Branch (“TEK Taiwan Branch”), and integrate the Taiwan Branch of both companies, in order to strengthen customer support in Taiwan.

On this opportunity of reorganization, we are planning to strengthen customer support system and accelerate the business expansion in Taiwan by making full use of the resoruce of Toray Engineering group.
