Announcement of Company Name Change in Conjunction with Corporate Divestiture and Business Succession
TDS Co., Ltd. has been reborn.
TDS and Toray Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter TEK) have undergone an absorption-type company split. TEK has passed on to TDS, and TDS has taken on, TEK’s measuring device business and CAE, MES, and PHC business rights and responsibilities.
In conjunction with this business succession, we have changed our name as a succeeding company to Toray Engineering D Solutions Co., Ltd.
We will continue to meet the demands of our customers through this new organization, and look forward to your ongoing support and guidance.
