DFL-1/DFL-5 online float-type density meters
For ultra-high-resolution/high-resolution fluid measurement
DFL-1 ultra-high-resolution fluid measurement densitometer
- The online densitometer for high-sensitivity measurement of fluid density.
Ultra-high-resolution density measurement with a maximum sensitivity of 0.00005 g/cm³.
The density measurement determines the quality and purity of measured fluids and the degree to which reactions have progressed. - Measurement is performed by the converting float buoyancy into air pressure, requiring no electricity.
- The function of automatic compensating performs for the changing density caused by increases or decreases in measured fluids temperature.
- Available to measuring pressurized fluids.
Wet measurement method available to measuring at pressures of up to 1.961 MPa (20 kgf/cm²). - Simple balance scale design and structure for easy maintenance.
- Track records have been over 2,100 units since 1970.

DFL-5 high-resolution fluid measurement densitometer
- The online densitometer for high-sensitivity measurement of fluid density.
High-resolution density measurement with a maximum sensitivity of 0.00025 g/cm³.
- More compact and lower price than the DFL-1.
- Simple design and structure for easy maintenance.
- Track records have been over 2,100 units since 1970.
