Water Quality AnalyzersTotal Organic Carbon (TOC) Automatic Analyzers

TOC-200 series

TOC-200 series of water quality analyzers

TOC-200

Available for all types of samples, from source samples to discharge monitoring samples

The Toray TOC automatic analyzers rapidly and accurately perform automatic analysis of total organic carbon content such as in rivers, lakes and marshes, sea areas and plant wastewater, in either online or offline.
The TOC analyzers use Toray’s unique low temperature sealed combustion system, providing stable measurement for long periods. These devices, are based on our technology over four decades and plentiful track records, are economical priced, easy operating, space saving by size reduction.

Application

Our TOC analyzers support various measurements points, from high concentration to low concentration, such as from wastewater to rainwater, and providing stable measurement.

Features

  • 650°C sealed combustion, the industry’s lowest temperature, reduces the frequency with which catalyst maintenance is required
  • Unique catalyst design and pre-processing filter ensure stable measurement of samples containing high concentrations, such as suspended matter and seawater samples
  • New sample line cleaning function, which uses acidic solution and minimum sample tube internal diameter of ⌀2 mm, helps prevent contaminants from impacting results and reduces adherence of suspended matter
  • Lineup of four models to suit individual uses

Automatic cleaning filter

Our automatic cleaning filters, developed in-house, are sample filtration preprocessing devices which consist of net-less elements made up of stacked circular disks and cleaning blades. The ACF element component uses a roughly 100 gauge net (equivalent to 147 μm) to catch matter suspended in samples.

The suspended matter is scraped off by the cleaning blades, washed off by the flow of excess sample, and evacuated via the drain.

Options such as a reverse cleaning function using cleaning water and functions for controlling element pass-through time are also available to reduce the amount of element clogging.
